• Meet with all departments to prepare and present a needs analysis
• Analyze the different services/products available to make up the components of a unified system that meets those needs
• Prepare a 'draft' solution with anticipated financial and budget impact in both man hours and dollars
• Refine the 'solution' to maximize the dollars available for the unified suite of services/products
• Prepare an implementation plan for each service/product
• Manage the 'cleaning' of existing data sources for importing into the unified platform
• Provide periodic checks and balances to insure the platform is operating as desired
